• Cloud sync data stored securely in Firebase (Firestore)
• Device tokens for push notifications (if enabled)
• Timezone information for accurate scheduling

Data Storage

Your routine data is stored securely:

• Local storage on your device (iOS, macOS, visionOS)
• Cloud storage via Firebase Firestore (encrypted in transit and at rest)
• Data is synced only across your own devices using your Apple ID

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your routine data is:

• Only accessible to you through your Apple ID
• Not shared with advertisers or analytics services
• Not used for marketing purposes

Third-Party Services

Routine uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google) - For cloud sync and push notifications
• Apple App Store - For app distribution and in-app purchases

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time through the app
• Delete your data by deleting the app or contacting support
• Export your data using the share/export feature in the app

Children's Privacy

Routine is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
