Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Routine: Day 1 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Routine: Day 1 is a productivity application that helps users build and maintain daily routines. The App allows users to create custom routines, track progress, and manage their daily activities across iOS, macOS, watchOS, and visionOS devices.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Pro subscriptions that provide access to additional features:

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

User Account and Data

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backing up your data, as we are not responsible for data loss

Your data is stored securely and synced across your devices using your Apple ID. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Use.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
